Criticism..Is something I don't handle well. I tend to take it personally, even when it is good constructive criticism. Not that I think I am always right. And not saying I need to be handled with kid gloves either. But I think it is human nature to not liking being told you did/said something wrong.
The other day I came across a blog about this very subject. I found it awesome and very good advice, for myself but especially those who are very much in a public role. I think mostly of friends who are in a ministry type of role. You are leading somewhere up to 200 people who all have a different idea of how a church should be lead. You are gonna get support and criticism. So I encourage you all to read this blog post. Both on how to take criticism and also how to give it. I think I might post this on my fridge and re-title it "Don't be a Troll Today!!"

** Just a side note I do not know anything about this blogger, I just found it through another blogger I follow - Jamie the Very Worst Missionary- who is by the way a great and very funny blogger.
