Moved

Well have moved out of our rental house and are now residing in my parent's basement. I have a little kitchen/dining room set up and we have a small living room/kids play area. The kids have a room together with a pile of boxes separating them. And we have our own room . I can't complain , I am thankful for my parents allowing us to invade their quiet space. Finding storage space for all our stuff was quite the challenge. We might take a year to move in once we locate all our stuff. The kids absolutely love having Grandma and Grandpa close by. Grandma has had a little shadow now. Our little girl follows her around the yard and asks a lot of questions and want to help with everything. It was quite a cute picture with both kids sitting and helping Mom shell peas, something they have never done before. I think our little girl has spent almost too much time with my Mom because she now often calls me Grandma.

As for our house, it is coming along. We got our well dug today. We hope to be doing our last pour of the second floor walls soon. Trevor has slowed down a little bit due to a stress related issue. Things seem to be all right now. I am working on our kitchen now trying to figure out what will go where.

As I wrote earlier I got in a car accident. Damage to our Envoy wasn't too bad but did add up to $6700 damage. I am just thankful it wasn't worse and think about those families who have lost loved ones in car accidents.

I also enjoy hearing about the new babies that are arriving! I just want to welcome Piper, Jade, Issabelle, and another girl that has just arrived. hmmm all girls ...go Girl Power! And there are still 2 more to come soon.

The school bus is now a highlight now that we live on the farm. They get picked up and dropped off right at our door. I think Mom is liking this just as much!

Hope all is well with you , we are enjoying the summer weather and taking advantage of it. The kids love all the freedom of the farm riding their bikes and exploring all the trees , flowers and frogs!
