Considering there is about 16 houses for sale in Town, I can't believe we sold out house in 16 days. We did 2 Open Houses and the first one nobody came! On the second one 5 couples came and we got an offer that afternoon after the open house. The conditions were lifted on Friday. The amazing part is that the people who bought it did not have a house to sell. So we are moving out on June 27. If you are asking to where...we do not know yet for sure ourselves.
As you can guess we are now full tilt into building. Just waiting for a culvert to come so we can make our driveway so that everyone else can get on. Of course just before we build there are now road restrictions on the access road past our house. Our long summer now begins!
If you have any heavy boxes we can use for packing let me know. I am going out today to plant trees along our property line so we can get them growing.
Hopefully I can give you updates as we go along this journey, I just don't know if we will have Internet along the way.
