And the Work Begins

Yesterday was such a beautiful day and I was out taking full advantage of it. I set out out to plant at least 400 trees the we got from PFRA and Shand. It took soooo much longer than I thought. I got 333 of our own trees planted and 100 of my parents trees planted. I had some good help and they did such a good job helping ALL day.

I should rephrase the last part, I had good help until the big landscraper showed up and started working on our house site. Okay... so I was just as excited, but our little guy was waaaay more excited. He could just stand there all day and watch it go. Now I need to apologize to all our neighbours for the noise because there was some kind of alarm going off on the scraper, and it was very loud. They did take care of it quickly. And today they were working on our driveway. We are waiting for the culvert to show up and then we can get our approach in and finish the driveway. Now it is supposed to snow this week, and they wanted to start digging the basement, we'll see what happens. I am praying the weatherman is wrong.

Anyways you can probably guess I will have mostly construction pictures from now on . I will try to get some pics of the kids in once in a while.
