Sidney Crosby at the Olympics.

The following is a report my son did for a school project.



Who knew an Olympic athlete was born in August 7, 1987  in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia.


 26 years later Sidney Crosby is a name that everyone knows when it comes to hockey. Sidney Crosby is now on the Canadian Olympic team and not new to the Olympics and played on the 2010 Vancouver Olympic where they won gold.


 When not playing in the Olympics he plays for one of my favourite hockey teams    Pittsburgh Penguins and where he is the captain of the team.


 He hasn`t scored any goals in the Olympics but this past season with the penguins he is 6th in the league for  goals and 1st in assists so that makes him a good team player.

All of Canada is cheering for Sidney and his Team.
