I got this awesome Ninja blender for Christmas and it pulverized the ice and frozen fruit beautifully!
I had to look up online what some recipes were. The one I made today had strawberries, saskatoons, raspberry juice, yogurt and milk. It was great. I even had some taste testers down and they gave it a thumbs up. I think the blender is now gonna have a permanent spot on my counter.
So if you have some great recipes for me to try send them my way!
Here is one I really wanna try:

Smoothie Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup strawberry nectar
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of raspberry sherbet
- 1scoop of fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy this 24 ounce delicious smoothie.

We love smoothies at our house. One of the best tricks I have learned is to freeze peaches in slices and then use them instead of ice. They keep the smoothy thick and give it such a great taste. Our basic recipe is frozen peaches, yogurt (whatever is on hand), more fruit, and tiny bit of juice. They are delicious and my girls love them. Happy smoothie making!
