I really love cupcakes and I really love shoes. So you can imagine my delight when I came across this fun book in Costco. We are not gonna be around for Valentine's day next week so I thought I would try out the cupcake heels in this book for my kids to take to school tomorrow for their teachers.
They really are quite easy.
Cupcakes for the front part of the shoe, graham crackers coated in chocolate or chocolate bars cut down as the main body and the Oreo Sippers for the heals
Covered in buttercream icing and then rolled in coloured sugar. Decorated with whatever candy you have in your house.
Just a note I used a few different fun cupcake liners but you can't really tell because I used a dark cake mix. So if you want a true liner colour coming though use a vanilla cake mix.
And these do not transport well when they are freshly made, let the icing set up especially where the heel is attached to the body.
