It is raining a lot out here and because of that my little girls soccer tournament was postponed. Now things are piling up for the following weekend.
Field trips are starting. There is a lot of excitement. Our little girl had her first one yesterday. Sounds like she had a blast.
Our little dude's is coming up in June.
Since both kids were in school yesterday, I took the opportunity to go into the city by myself and I got to meet Trevor for a lunch date, that was really nice. And something that doesn't happen very often
Trevor is actually not going on a work trip for a least a couple of weeks. That was good news.
Now for our house, we started drywalling this week. I have been doing the vapour barrier, which to me is a big deal, maybe not to many of you. I have done both kids rooms and their bathroom and finished the kitchen last night. Our garage doors are in!!! So all our exterior doors are done. Hopefully we will get our siding done soon, we really can't drywall any of our walls with windows in them because we need the windows to be sealed, right now there is water coming when it rains.
Also with my solo city trip I took the opportunity to look for carpet, and I actually found some great stuff that will match all the different colors I have picked out. I will show you the color swatches soon too.
So that is it in a nutshell.
