Been a while

Life has been going pretty steady around here. The rain may have slowed things down at the house, but life just keeps on going.

Trevor just got back from a trip to Kentucky. They were watching some prototype thing going down there and said they were next to some kind of army base where there were jets and tanks rumbling around. He said the ground would shake every so often.

The kids are loving school, although our little guy told me he didn't like the every day part so much. Our little girl LOVES Kindergarten and Loves her teacher, so all is good. Our little guy is now sporting a Mohawk hairstyle, it is so not his personality, but he loves it and it looks cool.

I have started a small career as a Stampin'Up! Demonstrator, so for all those scrapbookers and card makers, give me call if you need anything. I will be having 2 Open Houses to introduce myself . Oct 15 at 7pm @ My parent's place, give me call for directions, and Oct 16 in Waldheim again call me for details.

I am excited to be heading to Manitoba for Thanksgiving. We don't get out there as much as we'd like, thank goodness for Internet and email.

As for our house, we are just taking deep breaths and things happen as they do. We can not control the rain, so we try and do what we can when we can. Highlights right now are that we have power to the house and our Geo Thermal is under way. The kids continue to love living here at Grandma and Grandpa's. We have got into a pretty good rhythm here and the key is communication.

I was going to put some pictures of recent on here, but I haven't got them transferred to my new laptop yet, so I will get some pics up soon.

Hope all is well with with you!
