Today we poured our main floor walls. This was a really big pour as we had the garage to do as well. We had 1 minor blowout, that was patched up pretty quickly. It is so hard to anticipate everything that might go wrong. Knowing what would burst and what won't cause problems. Our next step .... to go to Manitoba for the Long Weekend. I am glad we are flying out, a 10 hour drive right now would not be good, especially for Trevor as he has been getting up REALLY early to get stuff done and to beat the heat we had for a few days. This is definitely a learning process for me, especially my muscles. I like seeing the process and how things are done. As much as I am enjoying the process, I am really looking forward to moving in .
1 of 6 cement trucks( I think, I lost count)
Some friends came to watch the process as well.
Our little guy likes the Pumper truck because of the flames painted on the side and because it is a Mack truck ( like Mac from Lightening McQueen)
