Almost There!!

Here we are in the home stretch. With paint on the walls and cabinets in the kitchen to be installed today and tomorrow, it is almost finished. Cooking on the BBQ has been good in this hot weather but I do miss my oven, and being able to find things would be nice. But all in all I can not complain.

The color in the picture is a bit off, it is actually a little more grey than green, and yes the painting is done, we just tried to conserve paint and not paint where cabinets are going. And the big wooden structure on the ceiling is to be Trevor's invention of a "light Island" this will not be a dark kitchen, with 10 pot lights and florescent lighting coming over the top(hard to explain).Hopefully by monday I can post pictures of a finished kitchen!!
