Well we have finally swung a hammer into all wall. Now that we officially own our house, we can start some renos. Since we are still waiting for possession on our house in Alberta to go through on May 31, we can not do anything major like new windows, furnace or kitchen cabinets, but we can make holes!!So we took 3 small cabinets down in the kitchen and made that tiny little"peek-a-boo" hole a big hole, the dining room is much brighter now. And Trevor temporarily finished the hole with plywood so we wouldn't have open gyproc and studs sticking out. Our plans are to totally take out this wall eventually to make it more open. That is the plan anyway.
